    SteadyVoice for Drama Educators is a coaching pathway for teachers who want to feel more confident, prepared, and grounded in the drama classroom.

    Whether you are in your first year, second year, 25th year, or simply stepping into a new drama teaching context, this program helps you understand the language of drama education and turn it into practical, meaningful classroom practice. With experience teaching performance, theatre production, stagecraft, and drama across international and Canadian contexts, I help teachers navigate curriculum frameworks including the MYP, National Core Arts Standards (NCAS), IB, IGCSE, Canada, and beyond.

    Drama is drama, wherever you are in the world. The curriculum language may change, but the heart of the work remains the same: helping students build confidence, creativity, collaboration, communication, and voice.

    This pathway is available through one to one coaching or small group cohorts. Teachers will gain practical tools for planning, teaching, assessing, building productions, developing classroom routines, and growing drama programs from the ground up.

    The goal is simple:

    To help drama educators feel confident enough to walk into the room, trust their craft, and build meaningful theatre experiences for students.

    This is not about pretending you know everything. It is about finding your footing, strengthening your teacher voice, and learning how to build a drama classroom with confidence, clarity, and care.

  • SteadyVoice Educator Coaching

    Sometimes a teacher is not in crisis, but they are in a moment of professional stretch.

    A principal, district leader, or school administrator may see that a teacher needs support with planning, curriculum, classroom management, student engagement, professional communication, or navigating change. The challenge is that internal support can sometimes feel too close to evaluation, hierarchy, or school politics for the teacher to engage fully and honestly.

    SteadyVoice Educator Coaching gives schools and districts a confidential, external, craft based coaching pathway for teachers who would benefit from skilled support outside the regular school structure.

    This is a premium professional growth option funded by the school or district and centred on the dignity, confidence, and growth of the educator. Through a focused four session coaching pathway, teachers receive practical support, reflective guidance, and clear strategies connected to their real work.

    The goal is not to “fix” a teacher.
    The goal is to help them feel steadier, clearer, and more capable in their craft.

    At the end of the process, the teacher and SteadyVoice collaboratively create a brief Professional Growth Snapshot, which is shared with both the educator and administrator. This ensures the school knows meaningful work has taken place while protecting the integrity and confidentiality of the coaching relationship.
