Finding your voice after years behind a screen

Many young people lost more than academic time during the pandemic. They lost daily opportunities to speak up, take risks, read the room, and feel confident being heard.

Unmuted is a confidence and communication program designed to help youth rebuild the skills that were interrupted by extended online learning. Through practical coaching, embodied presence work, and low-pressure performance tasks, students reconnect with their voice, their body, and their ability to communicate clearly and confidently in real spaces.

This is not about “fixing” students.
It’s about restoring fluency, presence, and self-belief.

Unmuted supports students in:
